White Zinfandel
White Zinfandel, produced from the pale, free-run juice of red Zinfandel grapes, is the elixir that first introduced many Americans to the pleasures of premium wine. At R.H. Phillips, we’ve been making it for over 20 years, and it still enjoys a large following. Our Night Harvest White Zinfandel has a lovely rose hue, fresh, floral aromas, and delicate watermelon and green apple flavors that balance a pleasing sweetness with crisp acidity. To retain the wine’s fresh, fruity qualities, we cold-ferment it in stainless steel tanks and bottle it soon after harvest so you can enjoy it the following spring and summer.

We recommend you enjoy this delightful quaffing wine chilled as an aperitif, with lighter dishes such as Asian Pear & Spinach Salad, with fish and poultry entrees, and as a fruity counterpoint to spicy cuisines.
