Chardonnay
If you love wine, especially white wine, you know that Chardonnay is the world’s most beloved white wine variety. Like the best renditions, our Night Harvest Chardonnay is rich and smooth. It boasts lovely ripe pear and Golden Delicious apple aromas with lush, crisp flavors enhanced by hints of caramel and toasty oak.To further enhance the richness of our Chardonnay, we ferment a portion of it in seasoned oak barrels, which imparts a creamy texture and a mellow oak tone. The balance is cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s bright fruit flavors.
Recipe Pairing Suggestion
Chardonnay is delicious with a broad range of vegetarian, seafood and poultry dishes. My favorite pairings include Halibut with Citrus and Herbs, cracked crab, grilled and poached salmon, roast chicken, vegetable risotto, white-sauce pastas and mild cheeses.
