Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon is considered the ‘The King of Red Wines’. I like our Night Harvest version because it’s bright, fresh and very drinkable. The aromas include cherry and raspberry, with a faint hint of herbal spice, and the medium-bodied flavors are ripe and smooth, with notes of cherry, berry and even a little anise to spice things up. To soften the wine’s texture and add even more depth and complexity to its flavors, we age it for over a year in seasoned oak barrels, which rounds out the palate without adding to much oak flavor.

I enjoy our Night Harvest Cabernet Sauvignon with many different dishes, including Stuffed Flank Steak, roast beef, spareribs, lamb chops, roast duck, red-sauce pastas and flavorful cheeses.
