To craft Night Harvest by R.H. Phillips wines, winemaker Barry Bergman uses 80% estate grapes and traditional artisan winemaking techniques. Harvesting at night ensures that Barry and his winemaking team have cool, firm grapes with which to fashion fresh, fruit-forward, varietally expressive wines. The whites are bright and crisp, with notes of fresh citrus, pear and green apple fruit, while the reds are ripe and jammy with luscious berry flavors softened by aging in oak barrels.
